How do I explore campaigns on Ganax?

Browse our marketplace — designed like an app store — to view active campaigns that suit your niche and audience. Just click the “Earn” icon.

How do I create content for a campaign?

Go to the “Earn” section, claim a campaign, and read the brand guidelines and requirements. Create your content accordingly and submit it for approval through the platform.

Can I choose which campaigns I want to work on?

Yes. Ganax lets influencers select the campaigns that best align with their values, audience, and interests.

What kind of brands can I work with?

Ganax works with brands across beauty, lifestyle, fitness, and more. We uphold a “do no harm” principle, so we don’t run campaigns for tobacco, alcohol, or political parties.

How does Ganax ensure brand guidelines are followed?

Ganax provides real-time feedback on content to ensure it aligns with brand guidelines, and brands can review and approve content before it is posted.

What should I do if my campaign content gets rejected?

You’ll receive feedback on why it wasn’t approved, and you can make adjustments based on that feedback before resubmitting.

Are the courses free, and do I get a certificate?

Yes — influencers get free access to Academy courses as part of their membership, and you receive a certificate upon completing a course.

What personal data does Ganax collect?

We collect data such as your name, email address, phone number, device information, browsing activity, and any content you upload (photos, videos, or messages).

How does Ganax use my data?

To improve your experience, facilitate campaigns, process payments, and personalize recommendations. We may also use it for marketing, security, and analytics.

Not unless you have explicit permission. All content on Ganax is protected by copyright and trademark laws. Brand assets you’re allowed to use are provided in each campaign’s brand briefing.

What happens if I violate Ganax’s terms of use?

Violations may result in account suspension, removal from campaigns, or a permanent ban depending on severity.

How do I report inappropriate content or behavior?
